CC`s Coffeehouse in Lafayette

The drive thru here is consistently bad. I've given this place multiple times to redeem itself only to have buyer's remorse. When choosing a place to overspend for coffee, I expect the product to be close to what I'm ordering. This place just gets it wrong more than right, and there are just too many other locations in Lafayette to get good, as ordered coffee for me to try this place again.

They are amazing I ordered a coffee and my dog was being a little fussy. wanting to try to drink my coffee. they lady was so sweet. She asked me if my dog would like some cool whip and I said yes. My dog loved it I loved the fact that they are friendly and so kind. I love cc’s

CC's on Ambassador Caffery always gets it right. Coffee order is always right, Community Coffee always tastes right and it all starts with the Workers Attitude which is always right. I have never had a bad coffee at this CC's!

Usually pretty good but I can order the same drink 3 times in a row & they will never all taste the same. Need more consistency.

The coffee here is usually superior to Starbucks, but this time, they blew it. My Pumpkin Spice latte was room temperature.

Cashier totally confused about giving change. Order was 6.18 and I gave her 11.18 to get a $5 bill back... Pitiful!

I come here all the time, and the staff is always friendly and are usually pretty fast. The only time it's a little slow is during the morning rush, but I've never met a coffee shop that wasn't.The drinks are good both the mixed espresso drink and the regular coffee. I find a lot of chain places over roast their beans but the medium roast here is almost always good.Give them a visit and get over that afternoon energy slump.

Terrible management, there were something Foreign within the drink I purchased and management refused to replace it.

Texas Friendly! Gerald waited on us. I’m not big on coffee so I really didn’t know what I wanted. He was very patient and helpful with my picky ways. I liked the drink we built very much! My daughter got the Creme Brûlée and it was very tasty!

Love getting my Latte fix here but I probably won’t be coming back. As soon as I was about to pay, the lady at the window mentioned $7.16 and I was shocked to here that. I asked her to repeat the price and said the same thing. So I decided to shrug it off and hand her my money. She doesn’t even bother asking if I needed my receipt and give me back my remaining change. I let it slide since I needed to head to work. I went to another CCs location the other day and they still charged me the same price of $5.69. So I’m wondering why this place charged me that much? $7 is way too much for coffee🤷🏻‍♀️

There are other coffee shops closer to my house but this is the store I go to. The staff is great. I love that the staff knows my name and drink as soon as I walk in the door. The store is always clean and the drink quality and consistency are top notch.

I love Cc's. This is a great place for students to come and study. It let's you get away from the typical campus coffee shops. Coffee was good. The one complaint I have is that the staff was a little to unprofessional with each other, yelling across the shop to each other. Other than that, it's a great stop overall!

Coffee was good, but the woman at the window had a very aggressive and rude tone. A person with that type of character should not be the "face" of this CC's house. (Ambassador/Congress)I'll drive a little further to the other CC's to be greeted more kindly.
